Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and not damaged. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@easypourepoxy.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of epoxy products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original condition
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
